We know that if people don't sleep, they will have a mental breakdown, weakened immunity, and eventually die. Why? Because sleep is an unconscious meditation. In this process, our whole body relaxes and our mind stops thinking for a short time. This helps us return to the source and absorb the energy of the universe to maintain life, just like charging. This is why when we are sick, we don't want to eat first, but want to sleep. Meditation is a conscious sleep, which allows us to stop thinking for a short time. This short stop thinking is our conscious control to avoid us entering unconscious dreams like sleeping. When we stop thinking and calm down, we can absorb the spiritual energy of heaven and earth and the energy of the universe. Of course, if your mind cannot stop, you just sit down and think about things, which helps you figure out one thing, but it does not play the role of charging.
What is the difference between meditation and practice? Meditation is a practice method in many sects, because it can help us maintain a posture for a relatively long time, but it is not easy to fall asleep. The entry point is actually meditation, but there is a contradiction here, that is, when we meditate, we are either easily drowsy or our mind will wander around. Why is this so? A more basic explanation is that drowsiness is caused by the blockage of our meridians, and the mind is caused by our constant clinging mind. In fact, in the final analysis, it is caused by our unclear mind, because our mind is everywhere, so there is a saying that the body and mind are one. The mind not only grasps this body, but also tightly grasps the external environment that we have visualized. The Diamond Sutra says: "One should not dwell on anything and give rise to the mind." In other words, when the mind tightly grasps something, our mind will no longer be clear and become a state of ignorance, which we call self-attachment. Because of this, we will always be tossing in this dream. It is also because of this that there are so many practice methods.
In the process of practice, we need to solve the first problem first, heal ourselves, and then enter the second stage, which is to enter into concentration. But why do we have to enter into concentration? Because in the state of concentration, we will have the opportunity to see the reality of life and understand that what we think is real is just an illusion. After seeing the truth, we enter the third stage, which is to see the nature of the mind. In other words, it is enlightenment, realization, and finally perfection.
Let's start with healing ourselves. We need to know that everything in the world is energy. They have their own vibration frequencies. When we input different information into these vibration frequencies, they will appear in the form of pictures, sounds, and even emotions. This also includes our bodies, our moods, and even everything that happens to us. Therefore, Buddhism says that each of our bodies is a karmic body because it contains the information of our many lifetimes.
When we increase the vibration frequency of our body, the karmic Qi in our body will also emerge. What is karmic Qi? It is the energy formed by cause and effect karma, but its vibration frequency is very low. It is like a ball of turbid air knotted in our meridians. If we don’t clean it up, when the karma matures, it may manifest in our body, that is, the body will have problems. It may also appear in the external environment, which means that we need to face our own life issues. Therefore, most people are turning with this karma. When the karmic Qi emerges, we need to use higher-frequency energy to open it. The whole process is like unlocking the body, but it is more like reconciling energy. As for clearing our meridians, if we only rely on meditation, the vibration frequency of the spiritual energy of heaven and earth that we can absorb is far from enough, because their vibration frequency is relatively low. Therefore, there are many methods to help us open up the spiritual energy in ourselves. If these spiritual energies are opened, they can help us start a 24-hour automatic clearing mode. As our vibration frequency continues to increase, the karmic Qi in our body will continue to emerge. In this way, in the process of continuous unlocking, our mind will become more and more free. When the meridians are cleared to a certain degree of clarity, we will have the opportunity to absorb the innate Qi. The innate Qi is a Taoist term, which we can understand as the energy of unity, that is, the original Qi before the creation of heaven and earth. Only after going through such a repeated transformation process can we naturally enter into a state of meditation, and we will have the opportunity to see the reality.
Why do we say that this process is healing ourselves? Because in this cleansing process, our bodies will gradually recover, become healthier and healthier, and even no longer get sick. Our minds will become more and more relaxed and happy. At the same time, you will find that the things that were entangled before are no longer important, and our wisdom begins to flash. This is because the heart is let go. As the meridians are opened, high-frequency energy will continue to pour in and fill all the meridians at the same time. Then the vibration frequency of our entire body will change and become higher and higher. Only in this way can we have the opportunity to let our next journey enter a higher dimensional space, or even escape from reincarnation. So if you need to improve your life level, then in this process, you not only need to meditate, you also need to open your spiritual energy, otherwise you will find it difficult to break through and achieve concentration.
