1. My family member has severe depression. Can your course help him? And during the course, is it possible to stay in touch with you personally?

For depression or other special conditions, I usually maintain communication privately, outside of the course community. While I may not be able to respond instantly, I will always answer questions during the process.

The key point is: he must have at least a small desire to save himself. Without that spark, no one else can intervene in his karmic path.

In many cases, healing energy enters through the crown chakra, but it can also be replenished by clearing the lower three chakras. However, this only works if he has the will to live — that’s the precondition for me to be able to connect energetically with him.

You can start by letting him watch some of my videos. If those awaken even a slight desire to live, he will naturally reach out to me.

2. When I meditate recently, my body starts to sway. Sometimes I feel energy aligning my posture, other times the body moves on its own. Is this normal?

Yes, this is a normal part of the process. As energy strengthens, if your posture is misaligned, it’s natural for energy to guide your body into correct alignment — just follow the adjustment.

However, your body should not be swaying violently. If there’s excessive movement, check whether parts of your body are overly tense or holding on too tightly. Let go and relax, and the strong swaying should stop.

There are two common causes of swaying:

  • The emergence of your energy body and karmic qi. When high-frequency energy hits deep energetic blockages, swaying may occur. At the same time, you may feel your body becoming fluid or airy — as if the physical sensation of the body disappears. This is because the energy channels are opening, like an empty bottle floating on water: it moves with the waves. Once it fills with water (energy), it sinks and stabilizes — the swaying stops. So just patiently allow the energy to fill you — the movement will naturally subside.
  • Kundalini rising and encountering major blockages. This may lead to slight swaying, facial or eyelid twitching, or even eyes rolling upward. If your head is tense, you may feel your teeth chattering. Don’t worry about the eyelid tremors. But if the teeth are chattering, consciously relax your head and mouth area. This indicates that qi is still blocked, and once the pathways open, these phenomena will disappear.

That said, these are just common signs. Due to individual differences in perception, everyone experiences these things slightly differently. During meditation, don’t fixate on comparing your experience with others’. Use this as a reference only. If you don’t experience any of these, don’t expect them — just focus on yourself. When we give enough time and attention to ourselves, we’ll naturally notice our own transformation.

3. I used to see images through my third eye, but recently I see nothing. Instead, I feel a lot of karmic energy surfacing in my abdomen. Does this mean I'm regressing?

I’ve addressed this many times: don’t use the third eye as a benchmark for spiritual progress.

Whether you're progressing or regressing depends on your awareness — can you observe shifts in your body or mental state? Can you rest in the space before dualistic thought arises? That’s the true indicator.

The third eye depends on a steady state of inner stillness. When karmic qi rises in the body, it becomes very difficult to maintain that stillness. In fact, it’s a good sign if you no longer see images — it means your spiritual energy is focusing on clearing blockages. If you were still seeing visions at this time, they would likely be manifestations of karmic qi, which could pull you back into illusion. Without enough clarity, you might mistake them as truth — or worse, your third eye could turn into a “ghost eye.”

So don’t worry. If images arise, let them go. If no images arise, don’t expect them. Place your awareness on the areas where karmic qi is surfacing.

4. If we keep practicing returning to the state before dualistic perception, does that mean we’ll no longer feel emotions like joy or sorrow? Will we become numb like a wooden puppet?

Not at all. The goal of spiritual practice is to regain our inner freedom — to no longer be led around by karma, but to reclaim conscious choice.

This means: we can feel emotions when we choose to, or stop them when we need to. We lead the external world — not the other way around.

So no, you won't become a numb, emotionless person. Quite the opposite — you’ll be fully alive, deeply present.

5. When I visualize spinning chakras, it feels like I’m just imagining it. Does this really work? If it spins, does it mean the chakra is activated?

We often get trapped by thoughts and emotions — which are also just mental constructs — yet we still get anxious because of them. So why think intention is powerless?

In the early stages of practice, this kind of focused intention is a valid method for clearing surface-level negative energy. Although it’s weaker than pure spiritual energy, it still helps.

Often, when we gently place our attention on a chakra, it begins to spin on its own. This usually means that the chakra is already active. You could say it’s “turned on.”

But remember — when true spiritual energy awakens, all chakras become interconnected and spin as one. So activating chakras isn’t the ultimate goal — the real aim is to activate the flow of divine energy.
