How to Harness Energetic Support in Your Field

We often hear about "raising our vibration"—but where exactly is this high-frequency energy? The truth is, it's all around us. We are already immersed in a vast ocean of energy. So why can't we feel it? Why can’t we make use of it?

From the perspective of the body’s energy channels, the answer is simple: our inner pathways remain closed, and our personal energy is too low. Even though we’re surrounded by high-frequency energy, it feels as if we’re sealed inside a glass bottle, cut off and unable to absorb it.

From the perspective of the heart and inner wisdom, it’s because of the ego’s constant separation—our lifelong patterns of thought, karmic imprints from past lives, and the limiting beliefs inherited from collective consciousness. These create invisible barriers between us and the universe, making us feel separate and even in opposition to life itself.

Why You Can’t Tap Into Universal Energy

When our energy channels are blocked, no matter how high-frequency the external environment is, it’s like living inside a sealed glass bottle—we can’t breathe it in. And when we live dominated by thoughts, entangled in the web of emotions and karmic habits, our sense of self becomes like a heavy curtain, blocking out the light.

You may have tried reading spiritual books, listening to teachings, or even meditating, yet still feel stuck—unable to experience the inner peace and connection that others describe. That’s because information alone cannot dismantle inner resistance. Only direct practice, step by step, can open the inner door.

Awakening Begins by Borrowing Power

In the early stages of practice, it’s almost impossible to rely solely on one’s own power to break through the ego’s stronghold. That’s why “borrowing power” is so important.

What does it mean to borrow power? It means using the energy of a higher field—such as the presence of awakened beings, powerful teachings, sacred spaces, or even the natural elements—to help raise your vibration and dissolve inner blocks.

It’s like starting a fire: your own spark might be weak, but if you borrow a flame from someone who’s already burning bright, you can quickly ignite your own inner fire. Over time, as your energy stabilizes, you become your own source of light.
